Fast Pace Health is seeking an X-Ray Tech to join our urgent care team. The role supports clinical and administrative tasks under the supervision of a Provider or mid-level clinician, delivering high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires ARRT certification and an active state license, with emphasis on patient comfort, accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols. A collaborative, patient-centered approach is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Customer service and compassionate patient care required.
• Strong communication with patients, providers and team members.
• Adherence to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Active ARRT and state licensure as an RT is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for the imaging team.
• Monitor and track x-ray orders for timely submission.
• Assist patient positioning during exams to ensure diagnostic quality.
• Label laterality and ensure proper technique for all images.
• Review images for provider initial read and send to Radiology for over-read.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report faults to Imaging Director.
• Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements in all interactions.
• Support new employees with training and onboarding where applicable.
