Job summary

Lumexa Imaging, Inc. is seeking a motivated X-Ray Technologist for our Rockwall, TX outpatient imaging center. The role focuses on high-quality diagnostic radiography, patient safety, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You will perform radiographic procedures, ensure correct positioning, and uphold HIPAA and safety standards while collaborating with radiologists and staff. This on-site position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT (R) registered or registry-eligible.
• State licensure as required.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper patient positioning and image quality while minimizing radiation exposure
• Provide clear instructions and compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy
• Maintain equipment functionality and report any issues promptly
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Position Summary

The X-Ray Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
