Responsibilities

The following high-level overview highlights the role's key responsibilities, with detailed discussions during interviews:

  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and health information management standards.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
  • Perform nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and other clinical tasks.
  • Monitor patients, document changes, and respond to adverse reactions.
  • Operate or supervise X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
  • Explain procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort during scans.
  • Ensure imaging equipment is functioning properly.
  • Maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
  • Assist patients utilizing Virtual Medicine Providers.
  • Accurately complete and forward patient charts daily.
  • Adhere to the company's core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  • Maintain friendly relations with clients and colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Experience and Education Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
  • For Indiana residents: a State License and ARRT License are required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
