Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Chicago is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The role requires ARRT certification, experience operating X-ray equipment for adult imaging, and strong collaboration with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

The candidate will perform imaging, ensure patient comfort and safety, and maintain detailed records while adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines. Housing and meals support may be available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating X-ray equipment for adult imaging.

• Thorough understanding of safety standards, infection control, and radiation protection protocols.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by medical staff.
• Accurately position patients to capture necessary diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout all imaging processes.
• Maintain precise records and documentation related to imaging examinations.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support the overall care plan.
• Monitor, maintain, and calibrate radiology equipment as required.
• Adhere to all facility, state, and federal guidelines regarding radiological services.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 2:30pm 11:00pm
• Rotating every other weekend
• Holidays as assigned
• 13-week contract

Key Qualifications:

$2,023 - $2,132/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
