Job summary

Summit Health Management in Michigan is seeking a Radiology Technician to operate CR and digital X-ray systems, prepare patients, obtain histories, and ensure accurate, high-quality images for radiologists.

You will assist with fluoroscopy, C-Arm procedures, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety and HIPAA standards. 1–3 years of radiology experience preferred; NJ license not required here but BLS is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from an accredited Radiology program and licensed where applicable.
  • 1-3 years of radiology experience.
  • BLS/IV certification preferred.
  • Strong English communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for procedures and minimize anxiety.
  • Operate CR/Digital X-ray systems safely and efficiently; document history and demographics.
  • Produce quality diagnostic images for interpretation with proper positioning.
  • Assist Radiologists with fluoroscopy procedures and C-Arm use.
  • Maintain C-Arm equipment and room cleanliness; perform routine QC checks.
