Job summary

CareNow Urgent Care, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Multi-Tech LMRT for Radiology support and patient care. The role involves clinical duties, front desk support and maintaining a clean, efficient exam environment.

You will join a team focused on compassionate patient care, with opportunities to work across clinics and grow within a large health system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required by state.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Services program.
• LMRT license in state of residency is required.
• Current AAMA certification is preferred.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in patient care is beneficial.
• Ability to obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Need Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical duties in support of providers and nursing staff, including vital signs, patient history, lab specimens and EKGs; may apply splints, dressings and bandages; prepares and cleans exam rooms.
• Check patients in/out of the computer and assist with front desk duties.
• Greet patients and handle end-of-day procedures and records release.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Multi-Tech Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) like you who provides expertise and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

In this role, you will:

• Performs various clinical duties in support of providers and Nursing staff including but limited to taking vital signs, patient history, lab specimens and EKGs. May apply splints, dressings and bandages as directed. Prepares, maintains and cleans exam rooms.

• Will check patients in and out of the computer and may assist the Patient Representative in the performance of front desk duties.

• Will assist with front desk duties to include greeting patients, checking patients in/out of computer, End of Day

• End of Day close out procedures, patient interactions, lobby checks and records release.

• Maintains records and logs on activities including inhouse lab work, drug screens and lab work sent out to other labs.

• Performs equipment and supply audits as scheduled.

• Works closely with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

You Should Have :

• High School graduate as required by the state.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services required.

• Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) license in state of residency

• Current certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) is preferred.

• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is beneficial

• Ability to obtain a BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start

• Must obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion

The CareNow Urgent Care Clinic hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 8am – 9pm, Saturday 8am – 8pm, and Sunday 8am – 5pm. You must have the flexibility to work during those hours.
