Job summary

CareNow Broadway MSO in Texas seeks a Licensed LMRT to join our patient‑focused team. As an X-ray Tech, you will perform clinical duties, take vital signs, patient history, EKGs, and assist with room prep and exam cleanliness.

You will support front desk tasks, maintain records, and work with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and high patient satisfaction. A state LMRT license, high school diploma, and BLS readiness are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required by state.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Services program.
• Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of approved BOTP preferred.
• LMRT license in state of residency.
• 1+ year of clinical patient-care experience.
• Ability to obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening and Federal Drug Screening certifications within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical duties including vital signs, patient history, lab specimens and EKGs; preps and cleans exam rooms.
• Check patients in/out of computer and assist Patient Representative with front desk duties.
• Assist with front desk tasks: greet patients, check in/out, End of Day close, records release.
• Maintain records and logs on inhouse lab work and external lab results.
• Conduct equipment and supply audits as scheduled.
• Collaborate with Center Manager and staff to ensure smooth operations and high patient satisfaction.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) like you who provides expertise and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

As an X-ray Tech, you will:

• Performs various clinical duties in support of providers and Nursing staff including but limited to taking vital signs, patient history, lab specimens and EKGs. May apply splints, dressings and bandages as directed. Prepares, maintains and cleans exam rooms.
• Will check patients in and out of the computer and may assist the Patient Representative in the performance of front desk duties.
• Will assist with front desk duties to include greeting patients, checking patients in/out of computer, End of Day close out procedures, patient interactions, lobby checks and records release.
• Maintains records and logs on activities including inhouse lab work, drug screens and lab work sent out to other labs.
• Performs equipment and supply audits as scheduled.
• Works closely with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

You Should Have

• High School graduate as required by the state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Medical Assistants or completion of an approved program (BOTP) is preferred.
• Limited Medical Radiology Technologist LMRT license in state of residency
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is beneficial
• Ability to obtain a BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start
• Must obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion
