Job summary

InnovaCare Management Services Company, LLC seeks an experienced radiology professional to perform routine radiographs and minimally invasive procedures under physician or APP supervision. The role includes patient assessment, vitals, medication administration and lab draws, with a mix of 6, 8 & 12 hour shifts and alternating weekends/holidays.

A valid Florida license and 2 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have current Florida State License, two years of experience.
• Ability to cross-train and float to meet facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust imaging equipment.
• Explain procedures to patients.
• Position patients and equipment.
• Maintain exam rooms by stocking supplies and reporting equipment issues.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Draw blood and perform basic laboratory tests (training provided).
• Take electrocardiograms and administer medications as directed.

Job Summary

Under the direction of a physician or APP, performs routine radiographs and minimally invasive procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Performs a variety of technical procedures that requires independent judgment and ingenuity to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. Must be willing to cross train and float to meet the needs of the facility. MA duties, including patient assessment, vitals, medication administration and lab draws. Demonstrates customer service and patient care excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned. Alternating weekends and holidays. Mixture of 6, 8 & 12 hour shifts with alternating weekends and holidays.

MA / Xray Tech duties:

• Operate and adjust imaging equipment.
• Explain procedures to patients.
• Position patients and equipment.
• Maintains exam rooms by stocking exam rooms with necessary supplies. Maintains equipment and reports any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor or appropriate service provider.

• Will be trained to do BAT and URINE DRUG SCREEN

• Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens
