Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Tech LMRT to provide radiologic services and assist with patient care at CareNow Urgent Care. The role supports providers, nursing staff and front desk operations in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Ideal candidates hold an LMRT license, state residency, and 1+ year of clinical experience. BLS certification within 30 days and federal screenings within 3 months are required. Sign-on bonus up to $1,000 is available.

Qualifications

• High School graduate as required by the state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services required.
• Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) license in state of residency
• Current certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) is preferred.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is beneficial
• Ability to obtain a BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start
• Must obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion

Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, patient history, lab specimens and EKGs.
• May apply splints, dressings and bandages as directed; prepare and clean exam rooms.
• Check patients in/out of computer and assist front desk duties.
• End of Day procedures, lobby checks and records release.
• Maintain records and logs of in-house and sent-out lab work.
• Perform equipment and supply audits as scheduled.
• Collaborate with Center Manager and staff for smooth operations and patient satisfaction

Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Multi-Tech Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) like you who provides expertise and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

In this role, you will:

• Performs various clinical duties in support of providers and Nursing staff including but limited to taking vital signs, patient history, lab specimens and EKGs. May apply splints, dressings and bandages as directed. Prepares, maintains and cleans exam rooms.

• Will check patients in and out of the computer and may assist the Patient Representative in the performance of front desk duties.

• Will assist with front desk duties to include greeting patients, checking patients in/out of computer, End of Day

• End of Day close out procedures, patient interactions, lobby checks and records release.

• Maintains records and logs on activities including inhouse lab work, drug screens and lab work sent out to other labs.

• Performs equipment and supply audits as scheduled.

• Works closely with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

You Should Have

The CareNow Urgent Care Clinic hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 8am – 9pm, Saturday 8am – 8pm, and Sunday 8am – 5pm. You must have the flexibility to work during those hours.
