Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care in East Nashville, TN is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. You will operate diagnostic equipment, perform x-ray testing, and assist with Medical Assistant duties.

Full-time shifts include a rotating 36-40 hour week, with 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend; PRN opportunities are available. A TN X-Ray license and BLS are required, ARRT preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• TN State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients promptly and guides them through the exam process.
• Operates radiology equipment and ensures high-quality images.
• Performs patient vitals, collects history, and assists with MA duties.
• Maintains radiation safety and proper shielding procedures.
• Documents visits and coordinates with providers for care.
• Supports front desk tasks and patient transfers when needed.
