Job Title: In-field X-Ray Service Technician

Description: Traveling electrical/mechanical technician for in-field services to security X-ray equipment

Location: Orlando, FL (approx.)

Terms: Salaried In-Field Position

Requirements:

1. 5+ Years repair technician experience
2. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
3. Proficiency in servicing and repairing large machines/appliances
4. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, manuals, and work instructions
5. Reliable personal transportation
6. Travel weekly within designated region
7. Physical ability to work low to the ground and lift loads up to 50lbs.

Preferences:

1. Experience with X-ray equipment a plus
2. Experience in electrical wiring, test instrumentation, and equipment troubleshooting to component level
3. Degree in electronic or mechanical technology, or similar experience
4. PC literacy (Google & Microsoft applications)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Performing repairs and maintenance services to customers in the Mid to Southern regions of the US
2. Prompt, professional communication with Autoclear customers regarding troubleshooting and scheduling
3. Diagnosing electrical or mechanical issues from in-field failures
4. Comprehensive reporting on in-field findings for trend analysis
5. Periodic travel (~2x annually) to Autoclear HQ
