Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• X-Ray screening experience preferred.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and personnel by performing site-specific screening procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors and deliveries entering designated areas.
• Operate screening equipment and conduct inspections of packages, belongings and vehicles.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and document activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and conduct regular patrols of areas and perimeter.
