This role emphasizes customer service, integrity, and teamwork. Prior X-ray screening experience and comfort with computers or tablets are preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures and emergency response activities.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and items entering designated areas and report prohibited items.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, shipping documents, and authorization for entry.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site procedures and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols and document observations of security-related concerns.
