Job summary

You will collaborate with radiologists and staff, prepare contrast media when needed, operate radiographic equipment, and maintain accurate records while upholding radiation safety practices.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA-approved Radiology Technology Program.
• ARRT registration required or registry-eligible with within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification as policy dictates.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Document patient history related to procedures on physician requisitions.
• Verify patient identity verbally and by documents.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required.
• Consult with radiologist and physicians as needed.
• Operate equipment per procedure demands and ensure proper positioning.
• Maintain required records per departmental standards.
