CHRISTUS Health in Texas seeks a Radiology Technologist Lead to advance imaging sciences and coordinate daily workflows. The role emphasizes leadership, patient safety, and ongoing staff development, with responsibility for scheduling and ensuring efficient departmental operations.

Ideal candidates will have ARRT Radiography and state licensure where applicable, plus 2+ years in radiology tech roles and strong communication.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Radiography (R) by ARRT is required; state licensure (TX MRT by TMB, LA LRT, NM RRT) as applicable; BLS required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate imaging procedures and patient scheduling across the diagnostic department.
• Provide leadership and development support for radiology technologists and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate training, stay updated on technology and procedures, and ensure exams are stored in PACS.
• Support physician satisfaction by assisting radiologists and referring physicians.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, confidentiality, and professional standards.
