Job summary

Colorado Springs Radiologists, PC/PENRAD Imaging, LLC currently has a full time X-ray Lead position in Colorado Springs. This role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including workload management, staffing planning, and training of departmental staff.

Qualified applicants will hold a high school diploma, ARRT/ARDMS/RVT or NMTCB credentials as required for modality, and Basic Life Support certification.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification per American Heart Association.
• Experience as Lead Technologist or supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily departmental workload and disseminate tasks.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, career-oriented applicants to join our team.
Colorado Springs Radiologists, PC/PENRAD Imaging, LLC currently has a full time X-ray Lead positionavailable. This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

As a PENRAD Imaging X-ray Lead you will utilize your expertise to:

• Evaluate daily departmental workload and disseminate work to department members and prioritize tasks.
• Evaluate future staffing needs and ensure those needs will be met when granting or denying vacation requests.
• Provide training to departmental employees. This includes new hire training, training each time a policy or procedure is changed or created, and ongoing refresher training.
• Communicate employee/departmental needs regarding training, development, coaching and/or counseling to the Director of Clinical Services.
• Perform all technologist duties, including providing exemplary patient care associated with the operation of the department.
• Evaluate equipment on a daily basis and coordinate service with equipment vendors as needed; schedule preventative maintenance.

Qualified applicants will require:

• Previous experience in job function that is being supervised
• ARRT certified, ARDMS and RVT certified, or NMTCB certified, as required for specific modality
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
• Previous experience as a Lead Technologist or other supervisory role preferred
