Job summary

Qualifications

  • 2 years technical degree or 6 years relevant work experience.
  • 1+ year of experience performing technical work in manufacturing, quality, or related environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply quality assurance standards, processes, and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Operate x-ray and camera equipment to perform quality inspections on a variety of tire products.
  • Operate shearography equipment to evaluate tire structures and identify potential defects.
  • Analyze inspection and test results, clearly communicating findings to Production and Quality-Technology teams as needed.
  • Handle and move tires throughout the shift, including lifting and positioning products for inspection.
  • Follow quality assurance standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines while conducting inspections.
  • Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts through systematic problem-solving and technical analysis.

The X-Ray/Holographer Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring tire quality by conducting advanced non-destructive testing through x-ray, holography, and shearography technologies. This position is responsible for operating specialized inspection equipment, analyzing test results, and communicating findings that support manufacturing quality and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety in a manufacturing environment. This role directly contributes to product reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2 years technical degree or in lieu of degree 6 years relevant work experience

  • 1 + yearsofexperienceperformingtechnicalworkinamanufacturing,quality,orrelatedenvironment.

  • Demonstratedabilitytolearnandapplyqualityassurancestandards,processes,andproblem-solvingmethodologies.

  • Mechanicalaptitude,generalcomputerskills,andexperienceworkingwithx-ray,laser,orsimilarinspectionequipment.

  • Abilitytosafelyhandleandmovetiresinaphysicallydemandingenvironment.

  • Bachelor'sdegreeandknowledgeoftirespecificationsareaplus.
