Job summary

PhysicianCareerJobs is seeking an X-Ray/CT Tech in Louisiana to join our diagnostic imaging team. You will perform X-ray and CT procedures, ensure proper patient positioning, and maintain high safety standards.

We welcome graduates and experienced Radiologic Technologists. ARRT licensure and BLS are required, with on-the-job training provided to ensure quality care and smooth operation within our hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiology Technology program.
• ARRT Licensure.
• BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray and CT equipment.
• Ensure patients are positioned correctly for imaging and comfortable during procedures.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
• Communicate clearly with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
• Maintain and conduct routine quality control checks on imaging equipment.

Education
