Welder Craftsman Requirements:

• HR Professional Consulting is currently hiring specialized welders with experience in Stainless steel (vs. Aluminum).
• Must be able to weld steel with solid/hard wire.
• Craftsman level Aluminum or Stainless Steel welding with 5 years of shop experience.

Duties:

• Develop welding projects by analyzing work orders, prints, and completed assemblies; calculating requirements; studying metals; and determining appropriate welding techniques.
• Verify welding results by inspecting and testing welds.
• Document actions by completing records.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; and calling for repairs.
