Responsibilities

• Scheduling and canceling patient appointments.
• Checking-in and checking-out patients.
• Entering charges and payments.
• Verifying patient insurance and demographics.
• Collecting co-pays/coinsurance and balances.
• Assisting nursing staff and performing selected admin duties.
• May collect patient specimens.
• Taking histories and vital signs.
• Preparing exam rooms and assisting with minor procedures.
• Adhering to Physician Services policies and Code of Conduct.
