Wintrust Wealth Management is seeking a Sales Enablement Assistant to support the department with templates, collateral design, and event/program logistics. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement Manager and team to ensure accurate, timely materials for front-line staff and clients.
The role includes printing, binding, inventory, and onboarding support, with opportunities to grow marketing skills using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and graphic design tools.

The Sales Enablement Assistant’s duties include maintaining department files, inventory, and equipment, updating collateral templates, handling promotional items, printing and binding collateral, and assisting with the holiday gift program. He/she will work in close coordination with the Sales Enablement Manager and the department head, relying on their direction for daily priorities. Regular interaction or input from supervisor(s) will be required.
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.19 - $26.44, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
