Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation in Chicago is seeking a Receivable Finance Relationship Manager to manage daily collateral and loan analysis for their portfolio of receivables clients and assist in onboarding new clients.

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will maintain open communication, monitor collateral reporting, review credit exposure, approve AR schedules, and support portfolio reviews while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of receivables finance and/or ABL experience, including commercial underwriting.
• Detail oriented and well organized with the ability to multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills with clients and attorneys.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication on assigned accounts to ensure portfolio monitoring.
• Monitor ticklers and collateral reporting (AR, AP, financials, etc.).
• Review AR collateral schedules and credit exposure limits.
• Collaborate with borrowers to resolve questions related to collateral and reporting requirements.
• Complete Credit Approval documents for prospects and renewals.
• Participate in portfolio reviews and trend analysis.
• Adhere to Bank Compliance policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as required.

The Wintrust Receivable Finance Relationship Manager

The Wintrust Receivable Finance Relationship Manager manages daily collateral and loan analysis for their assigned portfolio of Wintrust Receivable Finance clients and assists in new client onboarding. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, the Relationship Manager is the main point of contact between Wintrust Receivable Finance and our clients.

What You'll Do

Work closely with the Portfolio Manager in day-to-day responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Maintaining an effective line of communication on assigned accounts to ensure a high level of portfolio monitoring
• Monitoring and updating ticklers, ensuring client is in compliance with collateral reporting (AR, AP, financials, etc.)
• Monitoring Account Debtor credit exposure limits, ensuring timely reviews and updates
• Reviewing and approving AR collateral schedules after they have been processed
• Work with the borrower to resolve any questions/issues relating to collateral, reporting requirements, etc. and approve daily client advance requests
• Complete necessary Credit Approval documents for prospects, renewals, line increases, etc.
• Review trend cards and actively participate in portfolio reviews
• Adhere to Bank Compliance policies and procedures
• Perform all other duties as required

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of receivables finance and/or ABL experience, including commercial underwriting
• Must be detail focused and well organized with the ability to multitask
• Good interpersonal and customer relations skills are required to deal with clients and department personnel
• Ability to proactively and confidently communicate verbally and in writing will all levels of management, clients and attorneys
• Ability to work independently and use independent judgment with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (specifically MS Excel) and ability to pick up on new systems quickly

The estimated salary range for this role is $98,000-$132,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
