Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation in Rosemont, IL, is seeking a Treasury Management Support & Solutions Specialist to provide onboarding and ongoing support for new and existing clients. You will service Treasury Management customers via telephone and a workflow system, process maintenance requests, and help customers optimize their treasury services.

You will prepare product documentation, resolve issues, and ensure courteous, efficient communication across the Wintrust footprint.

Position Overview

Reliability and accuracy are critical to the Treasury Management Support & Solutions Specialist Role. Excellent communication skills are also required, as customer interaction is a large component of the position. Preparation of treasury management customer facing documents, implementing services for new and existing customers, customer trainings, and ongoing support of clients throughout the Wintrust footprint are all aspects of this role.

Courteous and efficient customer communication to internal and external customers is expected, while simultaneously pulling and working TM Salesforce cases to perform requests for the clients.

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.20 - $26.45 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
