Job summary

Community Bridges Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) to join the interdisciplinary treatment team. The BHC will coordinate care with Patient Care Technicians, Registered Nurses, and Behavioral Health Medical Providers, ensuring a safe environment and quality behavioral health assessments for individuals admitted to services.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or a related field, with a Master’s preferred, as well as relevant licensing. The role provides generous benefits, including paid time off and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Licensed at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• 1-3 years full-time health-care related work experience.

Job Summary

The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and that quality care is provided to all presenting for services. The BHC completes behavioral health assessments and service plans for all individuals admitted to their assigned program. The BHC documents provided services and coordinates discharges from CBI programs. The BHC coordinates care with family or other significant others.

Skills / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Licensed at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.
• 1-3 years full‑time health‑care related work experience, providing exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations.
