Job summary

Community Bridges Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) to join the interdisciplinary treatment team. The BHC will coordinate care with Patient Care Technicians, Registered Nurses, and Behavioral Health Medical Providers, ensuring a safe environment and quality behavioral health assessments for individuals admitted to services.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or a related field, with a Master’s preferred, as well as relevant licensing. The role provides generous benefits, including paid time off and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Licensed at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• 1-3 years full-time health-care related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe environment and quality care.
• Complete behavioral health assessments and service plans.
• Document services provided and coordinate patient discharges.
