Job summary

Northwest Community Action Partnership in Scottsbluff, NE is hiring a Weatherization Installer for a full-time, year‑round 40‑hour week. Tasks include insulation, pipe wrap, air sealing, weather‑stripping and door/window installations across the Panhandle.

Required: high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks; construction experience preferred. Benefits include a $1,500 sign-on bonus, $15.84/hour, health/dental/vision, FSA, retirement, 16 paid

Position: Weatherization Installer- Scottsbluff

Full-time - Full-year, 40 hours a week - above .75% FTE

$1,500 Hiring Incentive!

Responsibilities: Performing basic weatherization tasks within the Panhandle area which can include insulation, pipe wrap, air sealing, weather-stripping, installation of new doors and/ windows, etc. Assisting with equipment maintenance and inventory control and other duties.

Qualifications : High school diploma or GED required. Previous construction experience preferred. Valid driver's license required. Must pass criminal background checks.

Pay and Benefits:

• $15.84 per hour, depending upon qualification and experience.
• $200 one-time smart watch reimbursement.
• $200 annual work boot reimbursement.
• $1,500 recruitment sign-on bonus.

• The NCAP Weatherization Crew works 4 - 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday and has Friday thru Sunday off each week.
