Nurse Well Versed is seeking a registered nurse who loves teaching to write concise video scripts (1–4 minutes) that our team turns into illustrated educational videos for nursing students.
You will break down topics like pathophysiology and pharmacology with analogies and real-world examples, work with editors from topic to final script, and deliver on schedule. This contractor role is remote (US-based) with potential to grow into a full-time position as content expands.
Nurse Well Versed® creates visual educational resources designed to help nursing students understand complex concepts, retain information, and succeed throughout nursing school.
We’re expanding our educational video content and looking for a nurse who loves teaching to write the scripts behind our videos.
Our videos explain how and why things work, so students understand the material instead of trying to memorize it.
We’re looking for a registered nurse who loves teaching to write short video scripts, usually 1 to 4 minutes long, that our team turns into illustrated educational videos for nursing students.
We want someone who can take the topics that trip students up and explain them clearly, using analogies, examples, and visual ideas that help the reasoning behind each concept stick.
Our team will work with you from topic to final script. Our licensed registered nurses and nursing educators review every script to keep it aligned with current nursing school standards, NCLEX updates, and guidance from organizations such as the AHA and CDC.
This role starts part time, with the potential to grow into a full-time position as our video content expands.
We’re looking for a registered nurse who loves teaching, naturally reaches for an analogy or an example when someone is confused, and can make a concept click in just a few minutes.
Requirements:
Experience as a nurse educator, nursing instructor, or NCLEX tutor, writing scripts for YouTube or other video content, or creating nursing educational content online is a plus, but not required.
