Symrise Pet Food is seeking a production technician to operate wringing equipment and related machinery in the plant. You will load out dried shell, separate liquids, and help maintain clean facilities and timely truck operations.

Follow Master Sanitation schedules and all safety protocols, ensuring policy and PPE compliance. IsoNova personnel are expected to maintain operations knowledge and flexibility for shift coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Master Sanitation schedule for the Wringing Room.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and work rules.
• Comfort operating multiple production equipment safely.

Responsabilités

• Operate wringing equipment, shell trucks, hydraulics, forklift, and related machinery as needed.
• Load out dried shell and separate liquid from shell.
• Track truck arrivals and keep Wringing Room and related areas clean.
• Follow Master Sanitation schedule and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of Wringing Room operations; support opposite-shift Wringer as needed.
• Strictly follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate all Wringing equipment, shell trucks, hatchery trucks, hydraulics, forklift, high pressure washer, foamer, centrifuge and Egg Shell Dryer equipment, as needed. Loads out dried shell. Responsible for separating liquid from shell. Keeps track of the times trucks come in. Keeps the following clean: Wringing Room, hopper, insides of the trucks, floor drains, bucket elevator, separator, and augers. Follows Master Sanitation schedule for the Wringing Room. Assures that established policy, procedures and work rules are followed. Maintains thorough knowledge of Wringing Room operations. Follows the procedures for opposite shift Wringer as required. Strictly follows all safety procedures and uses all required personal protective equipment. Management retains the discretion to modify and change these duties at any time.
