Responsibilities

• Assist Environmental/Maintenance Manager on SMR; maintain Production paperwork; backup to Safety report to Plant Manager.
• Conduct HACCP audits; follow safety policies; assist CI and Safety teams; help manage plant Safety programs.
• Other duties as management deems necessary; comply with safety policies; wear PPE.
• Prepare production/inventory, dryer, tanker/barrel, weekly ledger, cost, and month-end inventory reports.
• Inputs accounts payable and accounts receivable into accounting system; creates Bill of Ladings as needed.
• Answers phone; directs office traffic; maintains weekly Raw Material Schedule; maintains Finished Product Inventory; coordinates Tanker pickups and outbound shipments; supports SDP's, SDS's, data entry, trending reports, training records.
