Job summary

IsoNova Technologies LLC in Verona, Missouri is seeking an administrative professional to support the Verona plant. You will perform day-to-day clerical tasks and assist in Safety, QA, Environmental, and Production data collection, maintenance and reporting.

Responsibilities include preparing various reports, maintaining schedules, coordinating shipments, and supporting QA lab data entry. We offer a competitive pay and benefits program and an equal opportunity employer status.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day administrative and clerical duties.
• Supports Safety, QA, Environmental, and Production data collection and reporting.
• Assists QA Lab with data entry and basic lab tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assures that policies and procedures are followed and PPE is used.
• Prepare reports: production, inventory, dryer, tanker/barrel, weekly ledger, cost, month-end inventory.
• Creates Bill of Ladings as needed.
• Answer phones and direct office traffic.
• Maintain weekly Raw Material Schedule and Finished Product Inventory.
• Coordinate Tanker Pick-ups and outbound shipments.
• Maintain Monthly Hatchery Egg Set Report.
• Maintain knowledge of office functions.
• Support vacation coverage for lab staff.
• Assist with SOPs, SDSs, data entry, trending reports, training records.
• Participate in continuous improvement.

• Assures that established policy and procedures are followed and uses all required personal protective equipment.
• Prepare the following reports: production and inventory, dryer report, tanker/ barrel report, weekly ledger, cost report, month end inventory report.
• Creates Bill of Ladings as needed.
• Answers telephone and directs office traffic.
• Maintains weekly Raw Material Schedule.
• Maintains Finished Product Inventory.
• Coordinates Tanker Pick-ups and outbound shipments.
• Maintains Monthly Hatchery Egg Set Report.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of office functions.
• Assists QA Lab Technician with data entry and basic lab duties.
• Supports vacation coverage while lab technician is out of office.
• Assists QA / Environmental/ Safety Manager with maintaining SOP’s, maintaining SDS’s, data entry, trending reports, and training records.
• Participates in continuous improv
