• Perform delegated duties assigned by the head coach
• Enforce the planned system and style of play as established by the head coach
• Attend meetings and professional development sessions
• Demonstrate proper active supervision during all scheduled activities
• Maintain knowledge of skill development, training techniques, and game strategy
• Be responsible for care, distribution, and collection of district equipment and supplies
• Communicate with athletes respectfully, avoiding profane language
• Develop positive rapport with students, athletes, parents and staff
• Cooperate with other school-sponsored sports and encourage multi-sport participation
• Practice professional conduct during events and practices
• Cultivate a respectful working and learning environment
• Handle program finances in line with district practice
• Report safety concerns within 24 hours to the Athletic Director
