Job summary

Brown University Athletics and Recreation is seeking an Operations Coordinator for Wrestling to support the day-to-day operations of the Brown Wrestling program in Providence. The role reports to the Wrestling Head Coach and focuses on organizing activities, travel, and program development within Ivy League and NCAA-DI guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of NCAA wrestling-related experience, strong communication skills, and solid computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years NCAA wrestling-related experience; Division I preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with standard office software and travel planning.

Responsibilities

• Organize day-to-day operation of the wrestling program.
• Assist Head Coach in planning, developing, and promoting a championship Ivy League program.
• Coordinate team travel and related logistics.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, Ivy League, and Brown policies.
