Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a Wrestling Assistant Coach for Minnetonka High School. The role runs 11/17/26–3/2/27 with duties including planning and supervising team travel, coaching, and program administration.

The incumbent will assist with hiring, development and evaluation of coaches, coordinate budget requests and fundraising, and implement in-season and off-season conditioning and plans with staff. Candidate must meet licensing requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, accompany and supervise the team to and from events, practices, and competitions.
• Oversee organization and administration of the wrestling program.
• Assist in hiring, development and evaluation of assistant coaches.
• Coordinate budgets, fundraising, and equipment orders.
• Develop conditioning, weight programs, and season planning with staff.
• Schedule practices and games with relevant offices and coaches.
• Enforce discipline and sportsmanship; manage penalties.
