Position Overview

The Wrapping position wraps wire per order requirements, completes paperwork, records and enters data, and communicates with supervisors & associates. This position maintains cleanliness of area.

Primary Responsibilities

• Rolls reel to jack and place on jack
• Welds new reel wire to previous reel ending
• Sets up machine per order requirements
• Frequently checks machining process for accuracy
• Uses and reads micrometers to measure wire
• Monitors processes & controls to assure quality, then properly completes labels
• Places completed reel in designated location, and communicate with supervisors & associates

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
