Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a Wraparound Supervisor to coordinate and provide limited outpatient services, supervise staff, and oversee program goals across Harrison, Hancock, and Pearl River Counties. The role requires a Master's in behavioral health, strong communication, and readiness to lead outreach efforts.

Work hours are Monday–Friday 8a–5p with some nights/weekends for outreach events or trainings; on-call crisis response is included.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in behavioral healthcare required.
• Four (4) years' behavioral healthcare experience preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification required within 90 days of hire by MDMH and MDOM.
• Must possess a valid Mississippi Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation needed for work in the community.
• Excellent communications skills in both written and verbal settings.
• Independent work ability and time management skills.
• Knowledge of or readiness to learn strength oriented wrap-around service model.
