Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral healthcare required.
• Certification required within 90 days of hire by MDMH and MDOM.
• Valid Mississippi Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation needed for work in the community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of or readiness to learn wrap-around service model.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Wraparound process for children and youth with complex behavioral health needs and their families.
• Lead the development of youth mental health treatment plans.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
