Bilingual Wraparound Social Workercoordinates services and planning for children who are referred through social service, probation or mental health departments and are in the process of stepping down from institutional into family or family-like settings. Services will be provided almost exclusively in the community in families' homes, group homes, foster homes, schools, etc. The primary role is to ensure that all parties are working together toward stability for the child and family. Wraparound Social Workersengage clients in meaningful and authentic relationships while providing a safe, predictable, and positive environment that aligns with our clients' values and cultures.

The focus of Seneca Wraparound programs is to offer family-centered, individualized, culturally relevant, and strength-based support to families with complex and enduring needs. Wraparound works in close partnership withDepartmentof Social Services, Juvenile Probation, Behavioral Health, andgroup homes. Wraparound provides strengths-based and outcome-oriented alternatives to group care placements for children and youth by drawing upon communityand family strengths. Treatment and support services are tailored to address behaviors and meet family needs, even as they change over time.
