Review the Needs Assessment to complete the School Support PlanProvide tiered supports, including case-managed supports for approximately 100 students and school-wide supports for approximately 1500 students.Track school-wide and case-managed student data to assess progress and adjust supports as neededUtilize CIS data system and reporting requirements are met at each school site.Submit quarterly data reports demonstrating student and schoolwide data entryWork with school administrators to confirm attendance will be the school wide goal with a focus in chronic absenteeism. Maintain the following schoolwide programming: · Beat the Bell · Monthly Attendance Challenge Celebration · Weekly Attendance Trivia · Daily/Weekly Attendance Announcements Additionally, Metrics include targeted supports for Basic needs, chronic absenteeism, college-career readiness, and school climate.Identify and coordinate supports, partnerships and resources (including assessments) to respond to the basic need(s) of the school sites.Facilitate and maintain small group schedule, track Project Connect small groups, and individual student sessions.Share relevant evaluation and assessment data related to the priorities with School District and DOE via surveys and documentation of services.Coordinate/support parent workshops and virtual opportunities for parents to participate in (i.e. smoking cessation, attendance, mental health awareness, Title I Support).Communicate with parents about student attendance progress/concernsCIS corner in school newsletter to parentsSite Coordinator is expected to track the following data points at their school sites. Data will be monitored on a quarterly basis by CISGA Evaluation Dept.# of students (total and case managed)Student demographicsServe as a thought-partner and exemplar of wraparound services to show the work of Integrated Student SupportsLeverage opportunities to provide subject-matter expertise and share best practices at staff meetings, CIS convenings and DOE. Ability to write and edit reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
