Qualifications

• Requires a master’s degree in social work or a related human services field.
• Requires three years of child welfare administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Statewide Wraparound Implementation and Continuous Quality Improvement Manager.
• Oversees fidelity monitoring tools (WFI, TOM, practice observations).
• Designs and manages CQI processes that integrate fidelity, outcomes, and qualitative data.
• Serves as the contract monitor for Wraparound providers.
• Provides leadership and coordination to strengthen engagement of families, youth, livedexperts, and community partners.
• Prepares summaries, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership.
• Performs other duties within the scope of enumerated duties.
