Job summary

Indiana Professional Management Group, Inc. is hiring a Wrap Facilitator to work full-time in a hybrid role, combining remote work from a home office with travel within Miami County for in-person meetings several times a week.

The position focuses on helping families develop wraparound teams, creating plans based on strengths and needs, and coordinating services. Applicants must reside in Miami County, Indiana and have a BA/BS and 24+ months of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of experience in clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare or K-12 education.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must reside in and travel within Miami County, Indiana for in-person meetings.
• Home office setup with computer, internet, and smartphone.

Let's talk about the Wrap Facilitator position!

This full-time, hybrid position combines remote work from your home office with travel of up to an hour and a half (1.5 hours) for community-based meetings several times a week. This position serves Miami County, and to accommodate required in-person meetings, applicants must reside within Miami County, Indiana. Candidates must be able to travel throughout the county as needed to attend community-based meetings.

What You'll Do

• Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family
• Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family
• Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals
• Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care

Who You'll Work With

• Wraparound facilitators work with emotionally and/or behaviorally challenged children and their families

Requirements

• A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• The ability to pass thorough background screens
• A BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of one of the following experiences: clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K-12 setting
• Designated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smart phone
