Job summary

Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG) seeks a Wrap Facilitator for a full-time, hybrid position serving Tippecanoe County, Indiana. The role combines remote work with county travel for community meetings and requires residency within Tippecanoe County.

You will help families assemble wraparound teams, design plans, connect them with services, and lead regular wraparound meetings to review progress. A BA/BS and at least 2 years of related experience are required; a valid license and

• BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of experience in clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or K-12 education.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Residence within Tippecanoe County, Indiana, to attend in-person meetings.
• Must be able to pass thorough background screens.
• Designated home office with computer, internet service, and smartphone.

This full-time, hybrid position combines remote work from your home office with travel of up to an hour and a half (1.5 hours) for community-based meetings several times a week. This position servesTippecanoe County, and to accommodate required in-person meetings, applicantsmust reside within Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Candidatesmust be ableto travel throughoutthe county asneeded to attendcommunity-based meetings.

What You’ll Do:

• Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family
• Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family
• Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals
• Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care

Who You’ll Work With:

• Wraparound facilitators work with emotionally and/or behaviorally challenged children and their families

• A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation

• The ability to pass thorough background screens
• A BA/BS degree and at least24 months of one of the following experiences: clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K-12 setting
• Designated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smart phone
