Job summary

Indiana Professional Management Group is seeking a Wrap Facilitator for a full-time hybrid role serving Miami County, Indiana. The position combines remote work from a home office with occasional in-person community meetings within the county.

You will help families build wraparound teams, develop plans based on strengths and needs, and connect them to necessary services. Travel within the county is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of experience in clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or K-12 education.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass thorough background screens.
• Home office with computer, internet, and smartphone.
• Willingness to travel within Miami County, Indiana for meetings.

This full-time, hybrid position combines remote work from your home office with travel of up to an hour and a half (1.5 hours) for community-based meetings several times a week. This position servesMiami County, and to accommodate required in-person meetings, applicantsmust reside within Miami County, Indiana. Candidatesmust be ableto travel throughoutthe county asneeded to attendcommunity-based meetings.

What You’ll Do:

• Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family
• Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family
• Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals
• Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care

Who You’ll Work With:

• Wraparound facilitators work with emotionally and/or behaviorally challenged children and their families

• A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation

• The ability to pass thorough background screens

• A BA/BS degree and at least24 months of one of the following experiences: clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K-12 setting

• Designated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smart phone
