Job summary

Indiana Professional Management Group, Inc. (IPMG) is seeking a Wrap Facilitator for a full-time, hybrid role serving Tippecanoe County, Indiana. The position combines remote work from your home office with travel to attend community meetings up to 1.5 hours away, several times per week.

Applicants must reside within Tippecanoe County and be able to travel across the county. A BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of experience in clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile

• A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• The ability to pass thorough background screens.
• A BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of experience in clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K-12 setting.
• Designated home office with computer, internet, and smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family
• Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family
• Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals
• Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care

This full-time, hybrid position combines remote work from your home office with travel of up to an hour and a half (1.5 hours) for community-based meetings several times a week. This position serves Tippecanoe County, and to accommodate required in-person meetings, applicants must reside within Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Candidates must be able to travel throughout the county as needed to attend community-based meetings.

What You'll Do:

• Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family
• Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family
• Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals
• Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care

Who You'll Work With:

• Wraparound facilitators work with emotionally and/or behaviorally challenged children and their families

Requirements

• A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• The ability to pass thorough background screens
• A BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of one of the following experiences: clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K-12 setting
• Designated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smart phone
