Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks an Associate Sales Representative for the Wound Reconstruction Solutions to promote Integra Skin, PriMatrix and OmniGraft in a defined New Jersey territory. You will support and grow sales in hospital OR/surgery and post-acute wound care, develop select accounts, and deliver expert product knowledge and exceptional service.

50% of time in the operating room; you’ll work with an Account Manager for about 18 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; located in the New Brunswick/Morristown area.
• 1–2 years outside sales experience (B2B) or healthcare background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Target and develop new account opportunities in the defined territory.
• Provide service to existing accounts, case coverage in OR, and product/tray logistics.
• Assist Sales Specialist in achieving revenue growth and quota attainment.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports as defined by sales management.
• Operate within budgets and adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
• Adhere to AdvaMed Code of Conduct and the Sunshine Act.
