Qualifications

• Minimum of three years clinical experience with at least one year recent wound care

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment and wound/ostomy care per nursing process
• Develop protocols and educate staff
• Complete monthly statistics for department
• Serve as resource for nurses and physicians
• Assist nursing staff in care of WOC patients
• Assess and plan care for referred ostomy/wound patients
