Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or leadership equivalent experience.
• Experience in budget management.
• Ability to develop strong team dynamics in customer-based environments.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in medical field or healthcare administration. Education is verified.
• Able to work in a compressed gas environment.
• Current clinical license or compact license where applicable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers where applicable.
• Experience in wound care, ostomy, and hyperbaric medicine.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates performance and compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborates with provider leadership to develop department strategies.
• Leads achievement of goals and implements action plans to improve performance.
• Manages department budget requests and resource allocation.
• Oversees department human resources including hiring, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Ensures caregiver competency through training and documentation.
• Communicates with caregivers and providers via rounds and staff meetings.
