Hireology in El Paso, TX is hiring a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care, perform dressing changes, and coordinate treatment with the care team to improve resident outcomes.

The role requires an active LVN or RN license, experience in wound care preferred, strong assessment and documentation skills, and a compassionate, resident-centered approach. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.
