Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs wound care for in- and outpatients within PT or nursing scope.
• Collaborates with physicians, NPs, and nurses to coordinate care.
• Documents wound assessments and treatment plans; updates progress.
• Schedules patient sessions and coordinates transfers when needed.
• Directs Wound Care Technicians, students, and volunteers.
• Maintains department equipment and follows infection control policies.
