Lever, Inc. is seeking a General Surgeon to join our national wound physician group. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy with no nights, no call, and no weekend duties, delivering bedside wound care across multiple facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.

The position offers full-time (Mon-Fri, 7 am–4 pm) or part-time options, paid training, and a pathway through a wound fellowship. Expect compensation in the $200,000–$350,000 range for a 30-hour work week with benefits.

Competenze

• Active unrestricted medical license in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius; 2–3 facilities per day; treat ~20–30 patients per day.
• Document clinically at the point of care using the proprietary wound-specific EMR.
