Job summary

National Wound Physician Group seeks a General Surgeon with a focus on wound management to join a mobile practice serving post-acute care facilities. Expect bedside wound care, weekly rounds, and travel within a 40–60 mile radius.

This is a full-time role with no nights, calls, or weekend duties, offering compensation in a wide range and paid training, plus comprehensive benefits. W-2 employment; no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Ability to commit to at least 3 weekdays per week.
• No nights, no calls, no weekend responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute facilities (SNF and LTACH).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit multiple facilities per day within a 40–60 mile radius; treat 20–30 patients daily.
